Meet Our Team
Meet Dr. Rachel Rosvold and Dr. Nicole Catrambone Schaffer, our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists!
Both Dr. Rachel and Dr. Nicole are passionate about Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and Pelvic Floor Health. We believe that common does not mean normal especially in pelvic health or postpartum care. We each have had our own athletic and postpartum journeys and understand how challenging it can be.
We look forward to being a part of your journey!
Dr. Rachel Rosvold PT, DPT (She/Her)
Dr. Rachel earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University in 2010, and received her Pelvic Floor Specialty training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
A former Division I athlete at Syracuse University, Rachel’s foundation in movement and performance has only enhanced her career in physical therapy. She has worked in a wide range of settings, allowing her to develop a full-body treatment philosophy before finding her true passion in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Rachel is an active mom of two who enjoys hiking, triathlons, baking, reading and cheering on her beloved Philly sports teams.
“Uplift is such a gem and the therapists that work there are truly the best. Rachel is so talented in her work and takes the time to make an individualized treatment plan to not only meet your needs right now, but also your goals for the future. She makes you feel so comfortable and explains every exercise and its purpose… Uplift allowed me to return to exercise after having babies and for that, I will be forever grateful. Uplift provided me the tools to continue my health journey and I can’t recommend them enough.”
