Patient Care Coordinator- 20 hours a week, in person:

Uplift is a women owned pelvic floor physical therapy practice looking for a friendly, motivated and enthusiastic candidate to work with the team and patients in the role of Client Care Coordinator. We are not looking for your typical administrative position. Our Client Care coordinator is the welcoming and friendly face that greets each of our patients as they come into the practice, plays a vital role in our patient’s care and optimizing our clinics function. We are looking for someone who can effectively interact with patients and therapists in the clinic, answering phone calls, managing fax/emails, scheduling patients, following up with necessary documents with various providers and maintaining office organization and presentation. 

We specialize in pelvic health however knowledge of pelvic floor therapy is not needed- a willingness to learn about it is! 

This offer is for in person, in the office 5 days a week. 

Applicants should 

• Excel at time management 

• Proficient in clinic operations, schedule management and patient communications

• Dependable, punctual and reliable team member

• Problem Solver, Flexible and works well in dynamic environment 

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or higher

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience

• Able to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously

• Committed to creating ideal customer service experience and able to communicate professionally at all times

• Able to take patient information, fax, manage email communications and feel comfortable on the phone

• Driven to learn and communicate about diagnosis we treat, how we serve our patients and pelvic therapy in general
