How do I schedule a pelvic floor physical therapy appointment?

Please call us at 267-317-8834 or use our contact form at the bottom of this page or click contact above! Dr. Rachel or Dr. Nicole will get back to you within one business day.

Do I need a physicians note?

No! A physician’s note is not required initially! Dr. Rachel and Dr. Nicole are direct access physical therapists, meaning they can treat you for up to 30 days without a prescription. They will communicate with your healthcare team.

Where is your office located?

We are located at 3 Village Road, Suite 101 in Horsham, PA 19044. We are in the beautiful old stone house with a flag and fountain in front. Go in the front doors and head to the elevators. Make a left at the elevators and you will see the Uplift Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy sign. We are located within Premier Medicine.

I found you through a google search, not through my doctor is it still okay to reach out?

Yes! We encourage you to reach out no matter how you heard of us. We will work with your referring provider going forward to ensure everyone involved in your care is aware of your treatment and plan of care with us.

Why Should I Choose Uplift Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy?

There are many pelvic floor therapists out there, but as Doctors of Physical Therapy, we are board certified experts in body movement. We perform comprehensive evaluations, addressing your whole body, not just your symptoms. We help you return to activities like lifting your baby, exercising, running or simply walking without discomfort.

If you have tried pelvic therapy elsewhere and still have symptoms, call today to learn how our unique approach can make a difference. We have decades of experience and understand that finding the right therapist for you can take some time.

Do you do any manual work?

Yes! Both Dr. Rachel and Dr. Nicole are manual therapists who believe the combination of manual therapy and exercise results in better patient outcomes and experiences. If you prefer not to have a manual session or a hands-on evaluation, just let your therapist know. Your comfort comes first, and it is never a requirement!
